monkeys in the forest

There is quite a community of monkeys in the Central Catchment forest reserves in Singapore. You hear the rustling of leaves and there they are, climbing the branches and feeding on fruit.
The species is the long-tailed Macaque. You see this one clearly, it is eating unripe green rambutans.
Guess what fruit this monkey is eating? It's the spiky fruit called durian. After he eats it, he throws it down with a loud thud on the forest floor.
